If you use this Portfolio Review system, you agree to these terms:
We can cancel, modify or restrict access to the system without notice:
1. If we get notice or become aware of possible unauthorized use of the system; and/or
2. When it becomes necessary to maintain or restore the security of your account(s).
You agree not to use the system e-mail function to transmit confidential or sensitive information or to open a new account or execute trades or securities transactions. We will not act upon instructions we receive from you through e-mail, to open a new account or execute securities transactions. You must tell a CNI representative at once if you believe that someone has ordered investment fund transfers or future investments without your knowledge.
You agree to notify CNI immediately of changes to your e-mail address and/or physical address.
You will be given a user ID and password to access the system. The system will require you to change your password the first time you use it. Please take the necessary precaution to maintain the confidentiality of your user ID and password.
