Brandy Han

Brandy Han is executive vice president of Capital Markets at City National Bank and serves on the company’s Senior Management Team. She oversees loan syndications, interest rate risk management sales, foreign exchange sales, global markets trading and risk, and international banking and trade finance, which includes supply chain finance.

Brandy has more than 20 years of credit and capital markets experience at large financial institutions. She joined City National in May 2010 to build out the company’s loan syndications unit, becoming managing director and the group head of Capital Markets in 2020. She was promoted to her current role in May 2023.

Prior to joining City National, Brandy served as a director in the asset-backed securities origination and structuring team at UBS Securities in New York City. Before that, she held various roles focused on debt capital markets at Banc of America Securities (and its predecessor FleetBoston Financial) and ABN AMRO Bank.

Brandy serves as the executive sponsor for the bank’s Women’s Network, Asian American Network and LGBTQ Alliance Colleague Resource Groups.

Brandy earned her MBA in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington.
