Get Started with Mobile Banking
- Download the City National Bank App on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Sign in using your City National Online® user ID and password. If you are not currently enrolled in City National Online, press the Enroll option to complete the enrollment steps.
- Depending on your mobile device’s capabilities, you may be able to securely sign in using facial or fingerprint recognition.
- Accounts that appear in City National Online will automatically appear in the mobile app.
- Under the Settings tab, you have the ability to show, hide or change the list order of your accounts.
The City National Bank App can only be downloaded if your App Store or Android account/ID is registered in the United States.
